Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Lifestyle Hotel – Free Scheduled CNX Airport Shuttle

It's a quiet safe hotel. the staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing is there is no parking lot but it's not a big deal. The price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel to those who visit Chiangmai.

Quite location, very polite, helpful and respectful staff especially Kathy & Nin, some shops (cafe, beauty salon…etc) are nearby, decent room, it’s a bit a small room but it’s just fine, good breakfast, great welcoming from Kathy & Nin, about 10 minutes to the airport, 1 minute walk to McDonald, and about 13 minutes walk to the nearest seven eleven, laundry service could be arranged with reception and the price is by per kg.

Small rooms, gym is not big it’s just next to where having breakfast and the reception, sound proof of the room needs to be improved and balcony as well, some materials in the room were damaged but have been replaced and repaired, rooms facing the main road are noisy because of passing cars and bikes.

Everything was good, clean and comfy

We lived in a combined room, so from our room there was a door to another room and there wasn't any soundproofing. We were unlucky with our neighbors, they were too loud.

This was not my idea type of breakfast.

The room that they gave me was bad with ants and sew flies. I received many bates. They moved me to another room get just before I decided that I had had enough. In the end, give them four or five days that I should be getting credit for. I guess it my lost.

We stay one night only before going to Chiang rai.

The triple room is too small

Breakfast wasn’t kept warm. TV channels needed more variety.

Really nice place if you need to be near the airport and not on a budget. Felt very clean and luxury, I felt very looked after. Staff were very kind and received some lazada parcels for me before I arrived too. Theres a really good breakfast selection, and the micro gym (treadmill) was a real bonus for me.

Very noisy super-expressway next to it which you can hear from the room, and not the most convenient location for exploring Chiang Mai, but I guess that's what you get if you want to stay close to the airport.The mattress was too soft and pillow too thick for my liking but maybe that's personal preference.

The price, it’s very budget friendly, the room was clean.

The location sucks if you don’t have a bike or car, we used the bicycle for groceries, there’s not much restaurant or convenient stores nearby! They only have 2 pillows on the bed and they are not comfortable, very high pillows for the neck! The gym sucked! No space to lift weights!

fits the mold as a budget hotel. beds were comfortable. maid service was good. breakfast, which was included, was just OK.

rooms are not spacious nor is the bathroom, location is not convenient for walking to anywhere

Breakfast was okay for the first day but second day there were no eggs. We ask if they have eggs the lady said yes still cooking but we never see eggs after we’re done. She was not telling the true! Not many choices to choose! Not even eggs!

Lobby and breakfast area are the same, very tiny space. Also very small pool.

The staff were nice, cute design. 10 minutes from the airport and had free parking

Room was really dirty! We had blonde hair in the drainage and on the door handle , none of us are blonde ? on the bathroom tiles there were black smudges, probably made by an eyeliner, and I checked- it was very easily removed. The airport is 10 minutes away, but we stayed at a hotel in the old city which was closer to the airport, much nicer, cleaner and not much more expensive. Another downside is the hotels environment which isn’t nice, if you want to do something other than eat at McDonald’s you have to take a taxi or drive somewhere else.

Perfect place to stay for a night to make it to the Maeklong Railway Market bright and early; it's only a short 5-minute tuk tuk ride away from the hotel.

Lots of mosquitoes were able to get in the room, which wouldn't have been a big deal if we had mosquito nets. There weren't too many places to eat within walking distance to the hotel, either. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay! Perfect for a night.

Very modern room with balcony, and room amenities. Good sized bathroom with excellent shower. Nice swimming pool and reception area had a lot of activities. Stopped here because we had a flight the next day. They arranged a taxi for us, only ten minutes from airport.

We booked this airport hotel thinking it would be easier and cheaper getting to the airport in the morning but it wasn’t.

overall,...quiet,...restful,..good breakfast options and I'd return and recommend others

the cable channels were not very diverse (for english speakers)and the sat feeds were not very consitent,...lots of blurring and "bad signal" messagesl

Central location, nice rooms, very kind staff, good equipment, got a good room opposite side of the highway (so it was not too loud), practically furnished.
